The Pilates Miami Studio is located in a large, beautiful loft space in the heart of Miami's exciting Design District. Pilates Miami maintains a full array of modern Pilates equipment including: Trapeze Table, Reformers, Barrels, Ped-O-Pul, Wunda Chair, etc. We provide shower facilities and areas for relaxation, warm-up and cool-down. There is also plenty of free parking.

The Pilates method is a mind-body exercise technique which produces many benefits for the participant. For best results, Pilates should be practiced 2-3 times weekly in approximately hour-long sessions.
