Pilates Miami Studio is dedicated to offering the foremost Pilates instruction in the Miami area. The studio was created to provide a nurturing and friendly environment for all to experience and enjoy.

The studio was also established as a center for higher learning to Health and Fitness Professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of the PIlates method.

Located in Miami, and in business since 1997, Pilates Miami has introduced the benefits of the Pilates method to thousands of individuals.

 

Kevin A. Bowen

Kevin A. Bowen, Pilates Miami owner and director has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. Kevin is also the Founder and was the former past President of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA),the only not-for-profit professional organization for the Pilates method. He lectures extensively and conducts workshops throughout the United States and abroad.

Making history in 2005, the PMA launched the first industry-wide Pilates certification exam in the U.S. It continues to inform and protect the public by strengthening the education and certification standards for PIlates professionals.
